Getting to Nairobi
Nairobi is the gateway to East Africa and one of the continent’s most connected business hubs. International attendees will fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), served by major airlines including Kenya Airways, Qatar Airways, and Emirates.
Airport transfers will be arranged for all hosted buyers. Shuttle options and private transfers will be available for all other guests.

Visa Information
Most nationalities require an eVisa to enter Kenya. The application process is fully digital and should be completed before travel via the official eCitizen portal.
Processing time: 2–3 business days.
Cost: Approx. USD $50.

Accommodation
Our official host hotel is the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill, where all hosted buyers will be accommodated.
