Who can exhibit at Meet Nairobi 2026?
The event is open to:
- Hotels, resorts & convention centers
- Tourism boards & DMOs
- Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
- Event tech providers & production services
- Airlines, transport firms & logistics providers
How many pre-scheduled meetings will I get?
You gain access to the appointment system with hosted buyers and can schedule up to 30 meetings per day (depending on your booth package). Meeting limits are managed within the system to ensure quality and relevance.
Can I add team members or partners to my booth?
Yes. Once registered, you’ll receive login access to manage your exhibitor profile. You can add teammates, upload company info, and update booth photos.
How and when are booth numbers assigned?
Booth assignments begin in January 2026, with confirmation upon full payment. If your package includes a Preferred Location option, we’ll attempt to honour it. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis, and you'll receive email confirmation and floor plan access as allocations are made.
What about logistics — shipping, setup, services?
Detailed instructions on shipping materials, build-up/breakdown times, booth customization, AV, décor, Wi Fi, and catering are provided in the Exhibitor Manual, released in Q1 2026.
Is there a sustainability or exhibitor guide?
Yes. A comprehensive Exhibitor Manual will include:
- Stand build requirements & safety checklist
- Sustainability best-practices guide
- Health & safety & venue compliance
- Timelines for deadlines, shipping, and move in/out
Can I place orders (e.g., AV, electrical, catering) through you?
Yes — our venue partner will provide an online exhibitor portal to order services such as electricity, internet, AV, furniture, and catering. Orders placed less than 21 days before the event may incur a late surcharge.
Do you provide visa invitation letters?
Absolutely. After your application is approved and payment is made, send your passport details to request a visa support letter.
Is there hotel and travel support for exhibitors?
Yes. Our official partner — Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill — and other regional hotels will offer preferential rates to exhibitors. Booking links will be shared in the exhibitor manual.
